Our Warranty Policy:

Each item comes with our amazing 60 days limited warranty. If there are any issues with the item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Shipping back is paid by us if you are in the USA. Simply contact us, and request a replacement. Physical damages and abuses are not covered under our warranty, and we do offer DISCOUNTED prices on repairs. Please contact us and we will help you. If you need to return the device, please select the correct return issues.

The First Month Service Fee of $39.95 is non-refundable.

Normally, we DO NOT charge restocking fees for refund-returns, but restoring fee may apply for products that do not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a "Defect or Not Working" product that powers on and works properly upon inspection). All items must be in the original condition.
